Please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Navigate to the Agents Page:
• Go to the "Agents" section of the platform.
2. Start the Creation Process:
• Click on "Create Agent" or use the "AI Autofill" option for a quicker setup.
3. Fill in Required Fields:
• Enter details such as Company Name, Agent Purpose, and Call Type.
4. Configure Voice and Settings:
• Select the desired voice configuration (Premium Voices by Deepgram or Classic Voices by Vapi).
• Set up the agent type, timezone, fallback numbers, and assign a knowledge base if necessary.
5. Assign a Phone Number:
• Assign an existing inbound number to the agent. If you don't have one, you may need to import a phone number first.
6. Create the Agent:
• Once all configurations are complete, create the agent. Note that this will cost 5 credits.
Make sure to test your agent using the "Talk" feature before going live to ensure everything works as expected.
